Website Terms of Service

These terms cover coinduo.app and its web-based coin analysis services, provided by Mavio LLC ("we", "us"). By using the web service, you agree to these terms. Read the Website Privacy Policy for data handling. The iOS app and App Store purchases are covered separately by the App Terms of Use. Questions, complaints and suggestions go to [email protected].

Eligibility and service availability

You must be at least 18 years old. Only submit photos and other content you are entitled to use. The website supports local photo checks and, where enabled, cloud identification of paired front and back coin photos, reference estimates, history and exports. Follow the limits and requirements shown in the interface. Features can be unavailable during maintenance or provider outages. A displayed feature or price does not mean checkout or analysis is currently available.

Guest access and email accounts

Keep your sign-in email secure and do not share authentication links or codes. Guest access depends on the browser session; clearing browser data or changing devices can prevent access to an unlinked guest session. Use the same verified purchase email to recover available account records and credits. Keep copies of your original photos and downloaded results. Website accounts, purchases and credits are separate from the iOS app; buying on one platform does not grant access or credits on the other.

Prices, credits and payment

When website checkout is available, it shows the pack, price, currency and any applicable charges before you confirm. Stripe processes website payments. These are one-time credit-pack purchases, not an auto-renewing website subscription. Purchased website credits do not expire; the separate 90-day retention period applies to batch content. Credits become available after payment is verified. A pending, failed, refunded or disputed payment can affect the associated credits and access.

How analysis uses credits

The initial browser-based photo checks are free and do not identify a coin. Submitting a batch reserves one credit per coin pair. A completed model conclusion consumes that credit even if the photo is not a coin, the coin cannot be identified, the photo quality is poor or the result asks for clearer evidence. A conclusion is not a guarantee of successful identification.

If an upload or our processing system fails and no valid conclusion is delivered after retries, the reserved credit is released. This returns a website credit; it is not a cash refund. Reopening an existing result does not order a new analysis. A new submission can use additional credits, so review the batch before confirming.

Payment questions, refunds and cancellation

For a duplicate or unauthorized charge, missing credits, a service problem or a cash refund request, email [email protected] with your purchase email and order reference. Do not send card numbers or security codes. Requests are reviewed in light of the transaction, service delivered and applicable consumer rights. The website currently has no self-service cash refund or in-progress batch cancellation feature. Contacting support or deleting content does not automatically cancel processing or issue a refund.

Apple handles App Store purchase refund requests through its own process. Website payment questions should be sent to CoinDuo support. Nothing in these terms removes any cancellation, refund or other remedy that applicable law requires.

Results and estimates

AI can misread a coin, miss a variety or produce an inaccurate condition assessment or value range. Results are informational and do not constitute professional authentication, certified numerical grading, a guaranteed selling price or an offer to buy. Standard composition and weight information does not measure the actual metal content or weight of your coin. A saved estimate is a snapshot, not a continuously updated market quote. Obtain an independent specialist assessment before relying on a result for a significant purchase, sale, insurance or other decision.

Your content, retention and exports

You retain your rights in the photos you submit. You permit us and our service providers to process them as needed to perform the requested analysis, storage and delivery, subject to the Website Privacy Policy. This is not a general right to publish your photos or use them for advertising.

Cloud photos, results and downloads expire 90 days after batch creation. Download important results before expiry and keep original photos. Eligible batches can be deleted from History; a submitted batch still processing currently cannot be deleted through that control. Email support for account or data-deletion assistance. Removing content does not refund a completed analysis or erase transaction records. Files already downloaded or shared are outside our hosted batch storage.

Acceptable use and limitations

Do not upload unlawful or infringing content, bypass payment or access controls, share another person's private data without authority, automate abusive requests or interfere with the service. We may apply reasonable limits or restrict access to address misuse, security incidents or legal requirements. Network problems, maintenance and provider outages can interrupt service. To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied as available without a promise of uninterrupted operation or a particular identification or valuation outcome. Mandatory consumer protections and liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded continue to apply.

Changes and support

We will update the date when these terms change and provide further notice where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove statutory rights or alter a completed purchase without the process required by applicable law.
